Job Description
PeopleSoft Finance – Techno-Functional Lead/Onsite Coordinator (Exp 6 to 10 years)
- Should have Hands-On experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Modules like AP, PO, BI, AR, Inventory and GL, Treasury and cash Management
- Should have at-least 4 years of experience in supporting above mentioned modules and be well versed with core setups.
- Should have at-least 3 years of experience in leading a diverse team and interacting with client directly.
- Able to act as subject matter expert and lead client through application services maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Peopletools 8.5x – Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, SQR, Test Framework, PS Query and other Application Designer objects
- Well versed in PeopleSoft frameworks including Application & Data Security, Approval Framework and Core FSCM set ups.
- Understanding of AS-IS and To-Be functions for given requirements
- Ability to capture & elicit requirements, provide bespoke solutions, liaise with other project teams and conduct product demonstrations
- Responsible for Coding, Debugging, Documenting, Unit Testing and Supporting SIT & UAT
- Strong skills in identifying business requirements, mapping them to the application functionality, gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional specifications based on requirements.
- Expertise in conducting functional design workshops and through understanding of AS-IS and To-Be functions for given requirements
- Ability to capture & elicit requirements, provide bespoke solutions, liaise with other project teams and conduct product demonstrations
- A strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in maintenance organization.
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts. Support clients with the execution of functional test scripts
- Able to lead the entire functionality execution by participating in (CRP, SIT, UAT, E2E, Cutover, Mock Testing) cycles. Validate configuration and data. Lead migration of configuration and extensions to Production
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis. Experience in Upgrade or Implementation projects will be an added advantage
